Welcome to Third Grade!This is the year of the history of Walnut Creek, animal adaptations, learning about the Native Americans who lived in our area, impersonating historical figures, and celebrating our national symbols. You will learn cursive. You will write and write: Paragraphs, narratives, opinions, and responses to reading and math. This is the year to learn all kinds of multiplication and division concepts, and to memorize your multiplication facts. We will use our reading strategies to read novels, biographies, and non-fiction materials. Join us as we grow and learn together.
