• Parkmead has TWO volunteer, non-profit organizations that raise funds and provide programs and resources that directly benefit Parkmead Elementary and its students.

The Walnut Creek EducationFoundation raises funds to preserve and enhance the education of each student in the Walnut Creek School District and Las Lomas High School in the Acalanes Union High School District through abroad-based community effort.

Specifically, at Parkmead, WCEF funds Art, Music and P.E. classes for students which allows additional teacher collaboration to ensure sharing of best teaching practices and consistent educational experience.
