    Welcome to Room 11!
    I am excited to be teaching at Indian Valley as it was my own elementary school!
    I was born and raised in Walnut Creek, and attended Indian Valley, WCI and Las Lomas. After graduating high school I journeyed to California State University, Sacramento where I studied Child Development and loved every minute of it. When I graduated college I knew that I wanted to be back in the bay area with all my family and friends so I made my way back to Walnut Creek. I knew all my life that teaching was my drive in life, so I enrolled in the California State University, Hayward Teaching Credential Program. There I had hands on experience through student teaching and was so lucky that my second placement was at Indian Valley and I student taught with     Betty Maddox.
    This is my tenth year back as a teacher at Indian Valley. I am excited to be teaching 3rd grade this year!
