Corrections are available for students who score below 80%. These corrections give students an opportunity to earn back a maximum of ½ of their missed points back. See me for the necessary form. These corrections must be complete and submitted with the original test or no credit will be given.

To regain credit, students must:

- Use test correction form(s) Test Correction Form

- Attach and submit their original test with the completed form(s)

- Correct all problems they did not recieve full credit on

- Submit all neccessary documents within one week of the assessments return

- Have a parent or guardian sign the correction form
