    Hello! I have been teaching 5th grade for the past 20 years, and I have been fortunate to have spent most of them at Parkmead. Prior to teaching at Parkmead I taught for two years at a parochial school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I grew up in Illinois, Oregon, North Dakota, and Wisconsin, where I received a degree in Education from the UW-Eau Claire.

    I feel very blessed to be in California, doing what I love, for such a wonderful school district. The teachers, parents, and students that I work with daily are amazing, and I am lucky to be surrounded by such a dedicated and loving community.

    I currently live in Concord, and after years of living in the Midwest, I love being near the water :) . In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and our five-year old twins, Logan and Ella, and during football season you can always find me rooting for the Green Bay Packers.
