School begins at 8:10 (Wednesdays are different, 8:55)

We start our mornings with 10-15 minutes of PE and classroom community meetings.

We switch for math from 8:45-10
2nd Grade Math is in room 9 with Mrs. Dadnia and 3rd Grade Math in room 10 with Mrs. Schnepp.

Snack Recess 9:55-10:10
Please send healthy morning snack even when buying school lunch! We use this time for health and nutrition

Language Arts Block: We use the WCSD's adopted program for Reader's/Writer's Workshop.

We support the teaching of social studies and science curriculum within our Language Arts blocks and use field trips to further our knowledge of the content.

Lunch & Recess 11:45 - 12:30

Spelling switch happens so that students get the direct instruction that they need to progress as a speller.

PE is on Fridays.

2:30 Dismissal

Every Friday a red folder goes home, homework is posted, and a newsletter is emailed. The red folder should be shared at home on Friday and brought back to school on Monday.
