My name is Wendy Aronsen.  In March of 2015 I was married, so some of you may know me as Ms. Batz.   I have been teaching since 1987.  Most of my teaching career has been at the middle school level which I truly enjoy.  I have been at Walnut Creek Intermediate since 1991.  During my time at WCI have taught home economics; 6th, 7th and 8th grade math; homework help, artisan, builders and creators and physical education. 

 

This year I am teaching Cooking, Clothing and Careers (3 C's), Exploratory 6 - home economics and Artisans, Builders and Creators (ABC).  I enjoy middle school students.  I like having a small part in helping them learn and develop practical life skills.  I look forward to a successful school year.
