I  graduated from Seattle Pacific University and completed my graduate studies program at Sonoma State University.  I have taught high school PE for 12 years, coached varsity Tennis teams for 10 , took time off when I had my two children, and worked part-time as a Cardio Kickboxing Instructor at Los Medanos Community College.  I have been teaching at WCI for 2 years and have found this age level to be my favorite! My husband and I  live and work in Walnut Creek and enjoy being a part of this community.
