1. Example: Ma1234(user name)

you write your initials and then your permanent ID number which you can find on your student ID at the bottom. It's a 5 digit number.  You can also go to the library to get your permanent ID because it is the same number you use to check out books.

2. Example: Ma1234mA (password)

you write your initials capitalizing the first and then lowercase for your last name followed by your permanent ID and then your initials again except this time your first name is lowercase and your last name is capitalized.
