Hello 2nd grade families!  My name is Jenelle Harrington and this will be my third year teaching in the Walnut Creek School District.  I am beyond thrilled to be part of this new community at Tice Creek.  I began my love of teaching very early at 17 as a ballet instructor for 3 years.  I then received my B.A. in Liberal Studies through Sonoma State in 2007 and received my teaching credential in 2008.  This year will be my 10th year teaching.  I previously taught for Vallejo Unified as a 2nd grade teacher and an intervention teacher and Novato Unified where I taught 1st grade for 4 years and 1 year of Kindergarten.  I cannot wait to inspire your child's curiosity and creativity.  This will be an exciting year full of lots of excitement and new things.  I look forward to working with you all!
