    1.      Make a 50/50 solution of glue by mixing together ¼ cup (50 ml) of white glue and ¼ cup (50 ml) water.

    2.      Make a saturated solution of Borax (found in the laundry detergent aisle of any grocery store) by measuring ¼ cup (50 ml) of water into a bowl.  Keep adding and mixing ½ teaspoon (3 ml) of Borax into the bowl until there is some solid Borax that will no longer dissolve.  This saturated Borax solution can be stored in a closed container and used again.

    3.      (Optional) To the 50/50 solution of glue, you may add 1-2 drops of food coloring and mix.

    4.      Stir about 2 tablespoons (10ml) of saturated Borax solution into the glue mixture.

    5.      When the Slime has mostly formed, take it out and knead it in your hands.

Note: You may need to adjust the amount of saturated Borax solution you use to get the right consistency of Slime.  For example, if your Slime is too sticky add a little more Borax solution.  If your Slime is too firm add a little less Borax solution.

Dispose of your Slime in the trash, when it gets moldy. You can keep it in the refrigerator to prolong the life.  DO NOT put it down the sink!
