This is my fifth year teaching 2nd grade, and before that, I taught five years in 5th grade here at Walnut Heights. I feel extremely fortunate to be at such an amazing school. I also consider myself very lucky to be working with an outstanding second grade team that collaborates and consistently shares new ideas!
     I grew up in Walnut Creek and attended Walnut Heights for elementary school, so it's wonderful to be back. I went to Walnut Creek Intermediate and Las Lomas High School as well.
     After graduating from Las Lomas High School, I went on to California State University, Chico where I graduated with a BA in Liberal Studies. I received my teaching credential at Saint Mary's College in Moraga and student taught in both San Ramon and Oakland.
    I look forward to an excellent school year and getting to know you and your child!
