Using Google Suite

    We are fortunate to have a chrome book cart in our classroom, which makes using the variety of tools available through Google Suite much easier. Students should use Google docs, slides, Classroom, and any other tools available through their school Google account. An important component of these Google apps is the ability to share, collaborate, and access from all sorts of devices. 
     
     
    The first time you log in to your Google account thisyear, you will be asked to join my class. Just accept, and you'll be ready to go!
     
    Account usernames will remain in the same format.  First initial, last initial, student number.  Example:  AB012345
    If they previously used a 5 digit ID number, they need to ADD A NUMBER 0 in front of the five digits. 
     
    Passwords match a student's birthdate in 8 digits.  Example: 06262008

    Mine, for example, would be the following:

    user name:    BA012345
    password:      05131960

    email:            BA012345@walnutcreeksd.org

    Once you are in your account, you are able to create documents, slide shows, forms, and spreadsheets. You are able to upload Word docs you have already generated, as well as other types of documents. It is up to you who you share your papers with.
