For homework, I ask students to read for 15-20 min. nightly. This can be in conjunction with parents reading with or to their children. I believe reading with your students is be the most important thing you can do to help your children not only learn to read, but to instill the love of reading! In addition I ask students to complete a page of math homework, supporting the work we have done in class. Occasionally there will be additional projects assigned throughout the year.
