Homework Policy
Reading
Please make sure your child is reading 20 minutes Monday - Thursday. We have started talking about looking back at the text to locate answers to questions.
Math
We have started talking about time this week. The students have used timelines to show events during a school day. We have also talked about the two time periods in a day - AM and PM. You can support this at home by asking your child what time it is and how much longer to the next hour.
Word Study
The students received their spelling words for this week. The words are on a yellow colored sheet and should be in their Homework Folders. Ask your child to share the different word patterns in their spelling words.
